I thought it would be cool to have one blog post feature the progression of the build. I do not have a time lapse camera (and if I have that option on my I phone I don’t know how to use it) but I can take a photo from the same perspective and showcase them here. So here goes!

April 6, 2016 – ready for demo

4.6.16 Just 90 minutes later, demo is complete. She was a fun house!

6.3.16 the rooms are framed on the 1st floor – still no garage foundation.
6.9.16 Garage foundation starting to take shape and trusses started on the house!
Dale was back filling the garage today! Can’t wait for him to put the yard back together – very hard for the crew and us to get around.
All the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor are all laid out. Dan has spent a lot of time working with the crew. I am jealous but I have to work and go over at night.

Aug 5 – trim is going up.
8.17.16 The 2nd floor “bath tub” window has arrived and was installed. That means all windows on the house are in!
